This is a refurbished starter that has been cleaned, lubricated internally, and tested by a TORO / B&S MASTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN. Ready to install and comes with two TORO reinforcing washers. The pinion is used on this unit, but still in usable condition. Failure to do so may damage the replacement starter.
