Engine starts easily and runs well. No smoke, no leaks, no odd noises. Rope start or 120vac electric start. Unit is clean but as with used power equipment it has its share of scratches and surface rust.
Some sheet metal adjacent to the skids has some bending from contacting objects during use. It has no effect in the units operation. Scraper bar does have a bit of wear from use, but does a fine job in clearing away snow. Transmission has 6 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds.
Track drive is fabricated from plastic/rubber and will not damage walkways like tire chains will. It will also climb through snow/ice with ease. Handgrip controls easily steer unit. No wrestling a heavy machine around.
Just squeeze a lever and unit turns. Engine is very powerful, easily throws snow a good distance. Snow blower is relisted to non paying winner.

Fits 179cc and 208cc mtd and craftsman branded snow thrower engines with alternators, and all tecumseh and briggs & stratton snow thrower engines with alternators. Could also be used for other applications needing a light , consult a mechanic if attempting this.
Quick-connect wiring plugs right into engines alternator plug. If your engine does not have a plug coming from the alternator, you may have to consult a mechanic for install directions. Universal mounting bracket and instructions included .
