TORO 521 Snow blower thrower 3 Speed +R, replaced carb, belts, spare skid plates

I replaced the carb & belts a couple of years ago, but moved and got a larger snowblower so this has just been a spare the last couple of years. I changed the oil and put in fresh gas yesterday and it fired up just like it always has. Comes with a pair of new skid plates that I never installed.
