Vintage two stage Jacobsen snow thrower. 8 HP Tecumseh H60 engine. 4 cycle gas engine. Heavy duty cast iron gearbox. This is a nearly 50 year old machine. Most of the engine parts are still available, but anything on the Jacobsen end will be hard to find. Ive been servicing snowblowers and lawn mowers for 25 years, and Id say this thing is in really good shape for its age. Anyway, peace and love, peace and love. Engine came off a John Deere snow blower that was the same size. This engine is a 9hp it runs and idles fine. The gas shut off valve under the tank leaks and will need replaced. The overall condition is good considering the age. It does have some scratches and scuffs due to ware. This is truly a machine from the past they seriously don’t make them like this anymore.
