This item is being listed as used due to the fact that it has a 1 crack on the top plastic cover only. (shown in the last photo) Nothing that affects its performance. Also comes with replacement wing nuts also shown in the photos. In excellent working condition!! (double boxed with plenty of padding). Power Clear 721 E 21 in. 212 cc Single-Stage Self Propelled Electric Start Gas. I would say it was never used, the blades look new, gas tank was dry and oil looks very clean. I did add a little gas and it started right up. Missing few screws for handle and a linkage for the drive lever (connects the drive cable to the handle bar lever, it should be an easy fix). The outside handle for the snow Chute is cracked, but can be tapped.
