John Deere Original Model 47 Heavy Duty 2-stage Snowblower that will mount on a model 420 or 430. This snowblower is in excellent condition and is the original early style 47 blower. Gearboxes run quiet and Hydraulic cylinders function properly, both lift and chute rotation. This early style mount is beneficial because it keeps the blower much closer to the tractor than the later quick hitch style mount. This unit is complete and has been rebuilt and painted by yours truly. Both the auger and gearbox fluids have been changed, the auger has brand new bearings and I used stainless steel bolts to reassemble. If used on a model 430 you would also need a tractor mounted front drive shaft extension and frame adapter bracket which are not included. Blower weighs about 375-425 lbs.
