Toro CCR 2450 Snow Blower Thrower 38515 21 141cc Located In Ct This is my father’s snow thrower. He bought it about 10 years ago brand new at a local hardware store. I used it to clear his walkways every year right into last winter. It is difficult to start. It needs a new float set up & gasket in the basin below the carb. The second reason is the handle is missing the original screw and nut for the lower left side. As you may see in the pictures I put a generic replacement on this past winter. Besides those two minor issues it ran well over the years. It is priced to sell fast. Just cleaning out his shed. It is located in Southeastern Connecticut.
