This is a set of wheels/tires with hub jaw clutch inserts from a vintage Toro 826 snowblower. These often need to be replaced as the jaw teeth wear over the years, disabling an otherwise good machine. The 16 tires have some pretty good cracks but do hold air fine. They may have inner tubes.
