Has electric start but I always just primed and it started by 2nd or 3rd pull, even for first of winter use. Newer belts, serviced 2016. Ariens are built to run forever with very low maintenance. Ran it every winter snow or not, to keep it profiled then drained gas for storage. Don’t waste time with low ball offers- this is 1/3 of what a similar new Ariens goes for– but you look Chicago.
