As is where is condition.. I could not get it to start but It did run great,,, does turn over ,,, might have water in gas not sure,,, last time I used it the neighbor called it a beast ,,,, track drive snow blower. When it did run was easy start even on coldest days. I have some belts I will give for free with it. I will even help you load it. My loss your gain.
