We checked the battery, which charges fine. It must be pushed snugly into the charger or an error will result. Parts list appears complete except for 2 cotter pins. They may be in the box but we didn’t see them. We inserted the battery and depressed the power button to test. Unit started up fine. Does not appear to have been used at all.
