There is no quality difference between a TAKEN OFF starter and a BRAND NEW starter. We will test this and make sure it works correctly before sending it to you. Does not come with mounting bolts. You will need to reuse your current mounting bolts for this. This starter only works for you if your engine model is on the following model list and your engine must have the provisions to intall electric starter (was equipped with electric starter before or it has ring gears on the flywheel, and mounting holes to mount the starter).
